What my Brushes would say

Day 2 Sketchbook Poetry A Conversation Among Brushes Shouldn't we be in color? Why? She hasn't touched us in weeks. What's the matter with her? She's sad.About? How the world has changed. Will she come back? She always comes back to us.Right.because we are her life's wand for color. Me: I don't over think these little doodles. But as I drew this jar of brushes andafter I decided I didn't want them in colorI sort of heard this conversation play out. That's what sketchbook poetry is about...what comes to you as you are in a stateof making marks on a page. Day 1 of my Sketchbook Poetry 30 days(not challenge) but celebration! What is one of your simple treats in life?Take some time to observe it and draw it.What does it say to you?Add a phase of thought to it. Here is my attempt at watercolors,(no judgement but not great...whoops that's judgement : )Symbolic and exploratory.Don't go for perfectionism.Better always gets in the way of good! During this time...I've noticed what little things that make me happylike my treat of three oreos at night with Netflix. But I went for something with a cherry on topbecause I am on the huntfor things that...
